Examples of these are:
Apartment Complex: After the tenant vacates the property at an apartment complex, AIM comes in and conducts a 10 point refrigerator cleaning and inspection service and a 5 point cleaning and inspection service on the dryer. This makes these appliances run more energy efficient and increases the life of these products.
Commercial Laundries: Every Quarter AIM performs a 5 point cleaning on the commercial dryers. This has reduced their electrical energy consummation by up to 18%. This service pays for itself and will increase the life of the dryer.
Property management companies use AIM for tenant work on any hard surfaces, grout and tile, dryer, refrigerator and freezer work. This will also allow for a new tenant to move into a clean home.

COMMERCIAL CLEANING CHECK LIST
- Clean the drain plug in the refrigerator if there is access to it.
- Clean out around condenser coils and fan area of the refrigerator.
- Check water hoses for leaks and wear.
- Check and clean the door gasket for leaks and wear.
- Check and if out change light bulb if accessible.
- Change water filter. (if applicable)
- Check the temperature in the refrigerator. Should be 40 degrees.
- Adjust front support feet.
- Tape up any loose water lines.
- Check door alignment
- Clean out dryer vent.
- Clean out wall vent.
- Clean underside of dryer.
- Check the dryer vent material.
- Check location of dryer in relation to the wall.
